Take on a 1-week Exercisathon

Inspired by our incredible fundraisers from Berkhamsted School, we are challenging YOU to take on a 1-week Exercisathon to help raise money to keep DENS services going.

Its super simple to do and best of all, you can do it from the comfort of your own home!

1. Choose your exercise*

Whether its a dance around your kitchen, your daily dog walk, or some mindful yoga. Pick which exercises you can do safely.

2. Set your goal

This can be a distance goal, a time spent exercising goal, a step count goal, or any other challenge.

3. Set up your fundraising page

Create a Just Giving page and share with your friends & family to start fundraising money. Anything you raise will help ensure DENS can keep supporting the vulnerable members of our community.

4. Get exercising!

Your 1-week challenge begins! Post your progress on social media with the hashtag #DoItForDens.
