Gavin & Stacey Raffle Terms & Conditions

Terms of entry

  1. You must be 18 years of age or over to enter.
  2. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
  3. You will not buy or purport to buy an entry to this raffle on behalf of anybody under the age of 18 years of age.
  4. Employees of DENS are not permitted to enter this raffle.
  5. A Raffle Ticket will be entered into the draw if:
    • an application for such Raffle Ticket is received by us before the closing date; and
    • payment for such application is received by us before the closing date.
  6. You will provide accurate entry information, including your name, personal address and telephone number and accept that it is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes as soon as they arise.
  7. Each Raffle Ticket will be sold for ÂŁ5.00.
  8. There is no upper limit to how many times you enter/how many tickets you buy, although you may need to place multiple orders.
  9. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to sell a Raffle Ticket to any person without giving reasons.
  10. A Raffle Ticket may not be transferred from a person listed as the owner of the respective Raffle Ticket on our records to another person.
  11. We’ll process your personal data securely to manage your entry into the Raffle. It will be shared with peoplesfundraising.com, who manage the raffle draw on our behalf. We will also use your data to send you the information you’ve requested (if relevant).

If you wish to change the communications you receive from us, you can do so at any time by contacting fundraising@dens.org.uk.
  13. All proceeds from this raffle will go to DENS to support vulnerable people facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion.
  14. By purchasing or attempting to purchase a Raffle Ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

How to enter

  1. Entry to the raffle and payment for tickets can only be done online via https://www.peoplesfundraising.com/raffle/dens-gavin-stacey.
  2. We accept no responsibility if the chosen method of payment is cancelled by you, your bank, or credit or debit card provider.
  3. The raffle opens on Tuesday 29th April 2025 at 12pm and closes on Wednesday 30th July 2025 at 12pm.
  4. Entries and payments received before or after these times and dates will not be entered into the draw.
  5. Once you have purchased your tickets, you will receive via email your unique ticket number(s).
  6. All ticket numbers will be entered into the draw.
  7. The winning number will be selected via a randomiser, manged by an accredited third party – peoplesfundraising.com.
  8. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days of the draw closing.
  9. No discussions will be entered into disputing the winning number.

The prize

  1. There is one prize – A cast-signed call sheet for the final scene, of the final episode of Gavin & Stacey (Christmas Special 2024), with a copy of the full script for the final episode.
  2. There is no cash alternative.
  3. There is no alternative prize.
  4. The prize is non transferrable.
  5. DENS reserves the right to use winner’s names and approved images for promotional purposes. These will only be used in summary e.g. Mr Smith from Hemel Hempstead.
  6. DENS’ decisions made pursuant to these Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.

Limitation of liability

  1. We shall not be liable to any person:
    • for our inability to contact you and/or award any Prize due to any errors or omissions in the details you provide or your failure to update these details if they change.
    • for any interest of whatever nature claimed by person in a lost or stolen Raffle Tickets.
    • any matter beyond our reasonable control.
  2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for:
    • death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
    • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
    • any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
