What to do if you are involved in an accident:

  1. Call emergency services if injured or if the collision is causing a hazard
  2. Take driver’s and witnesses details (full name, contact number, registration number, insurance details)
  3. Photograph the scene
  4. Call CAMS on 0345 054 1000 (if you’ve had a serious or catastrophic injury call 01695 816 599) or fill out the form online: c-ams.co.uk/make-a-claim. Let them know you’ve been referred by DENS Bike Project
