Please note that returns of bicycles incur a 20% restocking fee (based on the original sale price). This fee covers costs associated with re-inspection, cleaning and relisting the bike.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. Accessories and helmets must also be returned in their original packaging and include manufacturer tags (if applicable). DENS Bike Project reserves the right to refuse any return that is not received in its original condition.
