Choir On The Green Summer Concert – Terms & Conditions
By registering and ticking the box on the booking form, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated below, including any further instructions or regulations provided prior to, or on the day of, the event by DENS staff, volunteers or event officials.
1. Event Details
A live indoor evening concert featuring Choir on the Green, in aid of DENS, held at Berkhamsted School (Nash Harris building) on Friday 19th June 2026.
2. Event Participation and Eligibility
a) These terms and conditions apply to the DENS event detailed above.
b)This is a family-friendly concert suitable for all ages. Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. Accompanying adults take full responsibility for the safety and behaviour of any children in their care.
c) Babes in arms are permitted, but please be mindful of noise levels.
d) Assistance dogs are welcome. Please notify DENS in advance if you plan to attend with an assistance animal.
e) All attendees must behave responsibly, respect venue rules and follow safety instructions at all times.
3. Ticket Purchase
a) Attendance is by ticket only, purchased directly from DENS ahead of the event.
b) Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
c) DENS reserves the right to cancel, alter timings, reschedule or amend event logistics at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email/phone.
d) In the event of cancellation where a rescheduled date cannot be offered, DENS reserves the right to retain ticket funds for charitable purposes.
e) Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. Tickets found to be resold may be voided.
f) The contract for the purchase of tickets is formed once DENS has processed your payment and expires immediately after the event.
g) All purchases are governed by these terms. For information on how data is used, please see the DENS Privacy Policy.
h) No physical tickets will be issued. Booking confirmation will be emailed to you after your purchase.
i) Orders are subject to card approval.
j) DENS reserves the right to amend advertised arrangements or prices where necessary due to unavoidable circumstances.
4. Venue
a) This event is hosted at Berkhamsted School with their permission.
b) All attendees must comply with safety announcements, venue policies and staff instructions.
c) Accessibility facilities are provided at the discretion of the venue and cannot be guaranteed by DENS.
d) Please contact DENS in advance if you have accessibility requirements.
5. Attending the Event
a) Gates will open at the time stated in your joining instructions.
b) Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable pause in the performance.
c) Alcohol: Attendees must comply with licensing rules. No alcohol may be consumed by anyone under 18.
d) Professional photography, flash, audio or video recording of the performance is prohibited unless otherwise specified.
e) If you have concerns about noise sensitivity, lighting, or special effects, please advise DENS when booking.
f) DENS accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to persons or property except where caused by proven negligence of DENS.
g) Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability which legally cannot be excluded.
h) DENS is not liable for loss or damage caused by force majeure, including extreme weather, fire, flood, acts of God, strike, equipment failure or decisions by the venue.
i) DENS may refuse admission or remove attendees whose behaviour disrupts the event, threatens safety, obstructs pathways, breaches age restrictions or violates these terms.
6. Media and Privacy
a) By attending, you give permission for your image to be captured by photography or film by DENS and authorised media.
b) These images may be used indefinitely to promote DENS and its fundraising activities unless you notify the Event Team upon booking.
c) DENS will process personal data for event administration. We will never sell or swap your details.
