If you need emergency food

Our Foodbank is open and we continue to provide food parcels to those who need them.

We can provide you with up to three emergency food parcels, each containing enough food for 3-days.

To receive these food parcels, you will need a Foodbank voucher to bring to with you to the Foodbank.

How to RECEIVE a food parcel

To get a food parcel, you’ll first need to contact one of our partner agencies, who will then refer you to the Foodbank:

Please be aware that these lines are experiencing a high volume of calls, so if you reach an answerphone please leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Your food voucher will be issued over the phone and you’ll be given a voucher number to take with you to a food parcel distribution centre. Please give the person at the distribution centre your name, postcode, and the voucher number.

Please note that we cannot distribute food parcels without a Foodbank Voucher Number (please see above).
