COLLECTION POLICY
When your bike is ready for collection, we will contact you to let you know. Unless otherwise agreed, we ask that you collect your bike within 7 days of the work being completed.
If you reject the quote, please collect your bike within 7 days of the booking date.
Failure to collect your bike within this timeframe will incur additional storage charges of £5 per day.
We will continue to attempt contact with you for up to 30 days to arrange collection. If your bike remains uncollected after this period, it will be taken in-house as a donation and resold to recover our costs.
Payment must be made in full for all work and parts before your bike is released.
Brakes
Our workshop complies with all UK laws and regulations, including the Pedal Cycles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1983, which require all bicycles to have two brakes: one on the rear wheel and one on the front.
Every bike we service must be safe and roadworthy before it leaves the workshop.
