Bike Servicing Terms and Conditions

When your bike is ready to collect, we will contact you to let you know. Unless otherwise agreed, we ask that you collect your bike within 7 days of the work being completed.

Payment must be made for work and parts prior to your bike being released.

If you are unable to collect your bike within this time frame, please contact us to let us know.

Failure to collect your bike or make contact with us within this time frame will incur additional storage charges of £5 per day.

We will continue to attempt contact with you to arrange collection for a maximum of 30 days. If your bike remains uncollected after this time, it will be taken in house as a donation and resold to recover our costs.

E-bikes

Our workshop complies with all UK laws and regulations.

E-bikes must have a motor restricted to a maximum of 250W and cannot provide assistance beyond 15.5 mph.

We won’t work on overpowered e-bikes or install aftermarket conversion kits, and we strongly advise our customers against modifying their bicycles in this manner. The added stresses on the bike and its components exceed the manufacturer’s safety testing, making both the bike’s safety and the reliability of the modification uncertain and potentially dangerous.

Please check your bike’s specifications before booking. If in doubt, please contact us.
