Afternoon Communi-TEA – Terms & Conditions

By booking and ticking the box on the online booking form, you agree to the terms and conditions below:

• I understand that these terms and conditions apply to the Afternoon Communi-TEA at Liberty Tea Rooms on Sunday 23^rd June 2024.
• I understand that tickets are a set price (same price for children) and are sold in pairs. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult, who will take full responsibility for their safety and actions throughout the event and must read and sign the terms and conditions on their behalf.
• I understand that while Liberty Tea Rooms is able to offer a vegetarian option upon booking, they regretfully cannot accommodate vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free dietary requirements. Everything served at the Afternoon Communi-TEA is nut free.
• I understand that I may book a ticket on behalf of someone else, and by doing this, I am agreeing to the terms and conditions on behalf of all members.
• I understand that my ticket for this event is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• I understand that ticket sales may close before Sunday 16^th June if both sittings sell out for the event. Tables are processed on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability. DENS & Liberty Tea Rooms reserves the right to change the booking closing date, or close bookings, at any time.
• I understand and acknowledge that I am attending this event at my own risk and that DENS, Liberty Tea Rooms, the sponsors or supporters of the event cannot be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage or public liability caused or sustained before, during, or after the event, as a result of my participation, unless caused by the negligence of DENS & Liberty Tea Rooms.
• I understand that DENS & Liberty Tea Rooms cannot be held liable for any changes made to the event for safety reasons, or as otherwise planned, through circumstances beyond their control. This includes, diverse weather conditions, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this event.
• I understand that DENS & Liberty Tea Rooms will not be held liable for any damage to personal property or material loss to myself or a third party.
• I understand the DENS & Liberty Tea Rooms reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion.
• I understand and I confirm that under no circumstances is alcohol or any other substance to be brought into the event.
• I understand that DENS & Liberty Tea Rooms reserves the right to cancel, alter timings and logistics of the event at any time. This is at the discretion of DENS & Liberty Team Rooms, and participants will be notified via email should this happen.
• I understand and give my permission for my image to be captured (camera and film) by DENS & Liberty Team Rooms, potentially including outside sources. I understand that these images may be used indefinitely to promote the work of both charities and its fundraising activities. It is my responsibility to inform DENS & Liberty Team Rooms at the time that I book should I wish such images of myself, or of the people in my care, not to be used.
• I understand that DENS will own all data provided in the ticketing process. Data will then be shared with Liberty Team Rooms and both charities will process my personal data for the purpose of this event only. Data will never be sold or swapped with anyone.

• DENS will process your personal data for the purpose of your attendance at the Afternoon Communi-TEA on Sunday 23^rd June 2024.
