The Catering Project, our newest Social Enterprise which works alongside our Coffee Project provides an external catering service enabling DENS service users to learn new employability skills in a supportive environment; finding out more about food, how to prepare dishes and buffets then serve them to a professional standard at external events.
Participants are able to develop their confidence and gain new experience required to help them move into employment.
Using skills learned from the Catering Project, three participants have each produced their own recipe which together, form a complete 3-course meal……
