Health and safety

You must save the event control number to your phone, which should be contacted in the case of an accident or emergency. This will also be printed on your wristband:

07425851541

Please also download the what3words app, which enables cyclists to share their precise location to our emergency support team.

The event is non-competitive. It is NOT a race. It is run under standard highway conditions, therefore all riders must always abide by the rules of the road and be aware of other road users.

Routes

Follow the bright yellow signage throughout the course.

GPX files will be available to download on the day by scanning a QR code provided at the registration desk.

Important: There will be route diversions around Gadebridge Park, so when in this area please follow the signage and event marshals, not the GPX routes.

We aren’t currently aware of any other diversions on the route, but we will let you know on the day if there any changes.
