Who can participate in the event?
Anyone over 18. If you are under 16 years old on the date of the event, you may only participate if your parent or legal guardian has agreed to the T&Cs.
Where does it start and finish?
Where can I park?
There is limited parking at Gadebridge Park. There are also a number of car parks close by to the park.Â
How much does it cost to book?
- £25 to take part in the 25k
- £30 to take part in the 60k
- £35 to take part in the 100k
- £45 to take part in the 120k
- Registration on the day is as above +£5
What does my registration fee pay for?
Your registration fee helps to cover the running costs of our event. Any fundraising you do will go directly to support vulnerable people in Dacorum, so we’d be really grateful if you could consider this.Â

What is the terrain like on the routes?
A combination of challenging hills and flat roads through beautiful countryside and villages around Dacorum. Scroll up for more info on the route map and elevations.Â
Are there toilet facilities?
There are public toilets in Gadebridge Park, plus additional portaloos will be provided. There are toilet stations at the feed stations on the route.
Are there water stations / refreshments on the routes?
Yes, water and refreshments are provided at the feed stations.
Will there be somewhere I can securely store my belongings?
No, there is no bag drop or storage available on the day.
Will there be merchandise available to buy?
Yes, there will be a selection of DENS merchandise available to purchase on the day, with all proceeds supporting the charity.
